Gobi Fry is actually my hubby favorite dish. Sangatlah senang nak masak especially kalau tengah tak ada mood nak masak.

Gobi Fry is an Indian dish.Gobi is cauliflower. It is a very simple yet tasty dish.
Ingredients:-
(For 2 person)
400 gm Cauliflower.The best cauliflower will not have any black mould on its white body.
Preparation:-
Step1:-
Cut the Cauliflower keeping its smallest flower intact.Mainly you need to break it up in smallest flower possible.Wash it.

After 5 min put the vegetable masala and salt.

150 gm Onion.
1 teaspoon full cumin seed.
1/4 Teaspoon full turmeric powder
1/2 Teaspoon full vegetable masala.
Appropriate amount of green/red chili.
Salt to taste
3-4 Teaspoonful vegetable oil. The best result you can get from ghee.
Cut the Cauliflower keeping its smallest flower intact.Mainly you need to break it up in smallest flower possible.Wash it.
Cut the onion in medium size pieces.Lengthwise.
Important is that,you will make this fry on a non stick pan in very less heat.
Put ghee/oil in the pan.When its hot put cumin. Let cumin become totally brown.
Then put the Cauliflower and close the lid.
Then put the Cauliflower and close the lid.

When its half boiled.Put onions and green/red chilli pieces.Avoid strirring.
Try to mix all in side the pan by jumbled it up.

Step 4:-
After 5 min put the vegetable masala and salt.
Let it go.Don't let it stick.
Keep jumbling up the things inside the pan time to time.
When its started getting brown take it down.
Now its done.
You can enjoy your meal with hot rice or chapatti.
